Time for One Poem

Paul was interviewed by poet Annie Muir, who created the podcast and blog Time for One Poem, where she hands out poems outside libraries and records her conversations with strangers. She was inspired by reading Happiness by Design, particularly Paul’s comment that “happiness is determined by how you allocate your attention”. Annie says: “I thought that line was perfect because my whole idea for the project was that you might have a really busy and stressful life, but while you read that poem you’re focusing on something, trying to understand it. So, I took that to mean: poetry can make you happy!” You can read the interview here.
